1. The agreement
These terms apply whenever you use norskeonlinespill.com ("Norske Spill", "we", "us"). By playing any of the games you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. Who may play
You must be at least 18 years old. The site is written for people in the United Kingdom. Please don't use it where social casino games are not allowed, or on behalf of anyone else.
3. What the coins are
Coins on Norske Spill are a pretend score and nothing more. In particular:
- they have no cash value and are not money, e-money or cryptocurrency;
- they cannot be bought, sold, traded, gifted, transferred or withdrawn;
- they can never be exchanged for prizes, goods, services or anything of real-world value;
- they exist only in your own browser and may disappear if you sign out, clear your browser data or change device.
Nothing on this site is real-money gambling. We don't offer it and we don't send players to anyone who does.
4. Your nickname
Choose a nickname that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else. It is stored in your browser only and is never shown to other players.
5. How the games work
Every game page explains its rules, its cost in coins and what each outcome returns. Results are drawn at random in your browser, except in Ski Jump, where the outcome depends on your timing. If a page ever seems to contradict how a game actually behaves, tell us and we will put it right.
We may adjust games, add new ones or retire old ones. Because coins have no value, a change to a game or a reset of coin balances doesn't entitle anyone to compensation.
6. Fair use
Please don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site for harmful purposes, or use it to break the law. Editing the coin count in your own browser is possible, but pointless, since coins are worth nothing.
7. Ownership
The design, text, drawings and code of Norske Spill belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page. Please don't copy the site or present it as your own.
8. Availability and liability
We provide the site as it is, for free, and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, and because no money changes hands, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the site.

10. Changes and law
We may update these terms now and then; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
